Eligibility – First-year enrollment in the Bachelor of Science degree program in the Department of Dental Hygiene; membership in the Student American Dental Hygienists’ Association; intention to join the American Dental Hygienists’ Association upon graduation; good academic standing

Selection – Minimum of 3.0 cumulative grade point average for all dental hygiene courses completed; demonstrated financial need; demonstrated qualities of leadership, professional commitment, and positive approach toward becoming an oral health care provider
